Chapel Thrill Escapes may, at the time of your booking, verify that your Waiver confirmation is valid even if you provide the above accompanying documentation. Chapel Thrill Escapes retains the right to refuse entry to any persons that it is unable to verify a valid signed and executed Waiver, at the sole discretion of our employees. We may request or require additional forms of identification or executing another Waiver in-person that abrogates all previously signed agreements. Nothing on this page should be construed to mean any guarantee of entry or waiver of our right to refuse refunds.

Chapel Thrill Escapes will retain, subject to federal law, your signed records electronically provided you do not withdraw consent to conduct transactions and sign documents electronically with us.
